PrintQuote Pro has been designed to handle complex printing jobs with relative ease. It has a template creating feature for creating templates of typical jobs your print shop produces. Just load a template, create new or link to an existing client, then type in the quantities required and any further changes and produce a quote with the minimum of fuss.
Just click on this button to view the relevant 'Help' Topic in the following dialog box. You can read other related help topics by selecting them in the popup at the top of the screen, or be clicking the arrows to cycle through all the help topics.
PrintQuote Pro has the facility to include a variety of items into a single quote; for example a book with a full colour cover, a section of black and white pages with a full colour section and maybe a coupon stapled into the centre of the book. A quote like this is easy to create with PrintQuote Pro. You can also add different finishing procedures and costings to accommodate your finishing department and any extra additions to the final saleable product. |
