1. PrintQuote Pro has a very user friendly software interface...when creating a quote you do not have to move through numerous screens to achieve the desired result. Only one screen...just click on the relevant tab and enter the required information to produce your quote.
   
   
2. If you acquire new equipment or expand your production lines, just add the costing preferences for the new equipment and you are ready to include it in your quotes.

12. Quotes are stored in a database, not on paper, which are searchable using keywords. A previously completed quote can be found by searching for any word used in the job description. Handy if you have a vague recollection of a previous completed quote you wish to find and duplicate
    
    
13. Create 'Templates' as you save your quote...if you have a quote you are preparing for a client and you think it would make a good template, just click on the 'Create Template' checkbox and a template is created as you save their quote.
    
    
14. PrintQuote Pro not only prints the finished quote for a chosen quantity but will print all four possible quantities on the quote. PrintQuote Pro also prints all Job Sheets one for each item included in the quote as well as detailed costings of the Printing and/or Finishing component as requested. This is especially helpful to double check you have not forgotten any process within a job.
    
    
15. PrintQuote Pro generates the text for your quote description based on the choices you have made. However if you wish to modify the generated text you can, adding personal comments etc.
    
    
16. Once a Quote has beend accepted convert it to a Job add jobbing details, subcontracting details, pms colours, delivery instructions and print the job sheets for the job. If a client returns for a repeat just duplicate the Job, change the quantity and any other characteristics and pint the Job sheets.
