No problem - adding the setup and running rates for a new piece of equipment is simple. When designing the ‘Finishing’ section of PrintQuote Pro we consulted companies specialising in Finishing for the general printing industry.
This provided invaluable input into the design of this section of the software.
Once your equipment rates have been entered the process becomes available on a popup on the finishing tab of the quoting screen.

“Can I install PrintQuote Pro on my computer at home to do less urgent quotes?”
A ‘Quotes’ only version of PrintQuote Pro was developed to resolve this issue. Prepare and save your quotes using the ‘Quotes’ only version on one computer. Then save your quotes on a floppy disk, CD Rom or any other removable memory and transfer them to your office computer. A built-in e-mailer will email quotes directly to your printery and they can be automatically retrieved and saved in the ‘Full’ version of PrintQuote Pro.
If you have an employee or partner who can prepare the majority of your quotes give them a copy of the ‘Quotes’ only version. This will give you more time and freedom to do what is more important for your business. Maybe they can use a laptop to quote in the field.
